Painted Lady Caterpillars

The Painted Lady caterpillar is a wonder to watch and learn about the metamorphosis process. Watch these Painted Lady caterpillars grow from a tiny worm-like caterpillar to a large golden chrysalis. Then emerge into a beautiful butterfly with black and white,deep orange and black-spotted wings.

These Painted Lady larvae are very colorful and voracious feeders. Please remember to have Hollyhock for these caterpillars when they arrive. You may purchase your Hollyhock from us or from a local dealer. Caterpillars usually take from one to three weeks to reach pupation size depending on species, temperature and amount of food available.

All caterpillar shipments must be next day air (No exceptions)
